I found Tony punctual, honest and very reliable. He was very knowledgeable about the task at hand and was able to provide a clear quote over the phone. He was still willing to attend and verify the work to be completed.
Even though the job took longer, he was willing to only charge the time he quoted. I am going to recommend him to all my family and friends who require assistance with their gas hot water system.
